I’m on the latest episode of The Pulse, NPR’s science and health podcast, talking about AI and spatial reasoning and… plumbing?
I know nothing about plumbing so I hope I didn’t get anything way wrong. I trusted NPR to cut out all my “like”s and “umm”s but, umm, they, like, did not. Nonetheless, I think this is a really good show that covers a lot of ground in an hour beyond just my part and does justice to where we are now in our onrushing AI future.
Grateful for a chance to talk about something besides ChatGPT, even for a moment. Also being on NPR is the ultimate “get” for an academic, so I hope you’re listening, promotion and tenure committee! The episode can be streamed here.
